These chicken thighs are braised in a sweet and savory mix of shallots, ginger, cardamom, sherry, orange juice and rhubarb. 1 serving is a large portion that includes 2 large bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs.
To serve: Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken on baking sheet in oven for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through. Finish under the broiler to crisp the skin. Warm extra juices on stove and add before serving. Can be heated in compostable container up to 450F, not safe for broiling. Serve with your favorite grain and a veggies and/or salad.
