This Rhubarb Strawberry Crumble is made with simple, high-quality ingredients such as locally grown rhubarb, organic strawberries, local honey, gluten-free oats, Kerrygold butter and Greek Yogurt. We add twice as much rhubarb as strawberry, and don't over-sweeten it, so you can still enjoy the fresh, tart taste of rhubarb and balance it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! It is a delicious, classic, fresh dessert you can feel good about feeding to your family. The crumble is fully assembled and frozen. It needs only to be thawed and baked so you can enjoy it at its best!

1 large compostable serves 4-6.
GF, SF, NOT dairy-free (includes butter and yogurt)
Ingredients: Strawberry O, rhubarb OL, honey L, arrowroot starch, vanilla, GF Prairie oats, GF Prairie Flour Blend (oat flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, milk powder, psyllium husk), brown sugar O, Kerrygold butter, plain Greek yogurt L and salt.
Crumble is fully assembled, and just needs baking. Remove lid, and bake directly in compostable container at 350F for 40-60 minutes, until crumble is lightly browned. Remove from heat, rest 5 minutes, and serve with vanilla ice cream!
Store in refrigerator, and enjoy within 5 days.
