    Roasted Chicken Thighs w/Honey-Dijon-Mint Sauce & Roasted Potatoes


    These flavorful chicken thighs are coated in a delicious rub of paprika, cumin, mustard, and fennel then roasted. They are served with a rich and zesty mint sauce made with only the freshest ingredients.

    Size options: Small (2 thighs), Large (4 thighs)

    1 Small serving includes 2 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, 1 cup of roasted potatoes and 2oz mint sauce, a large meal for 1.

    Packaged in a compostable container (oven safe to 450F).


    Ingredients: Smart Chicken thighs, paprika, cumin, mustard seeds, fennel, extra virgin olive oil O, s&p.

    Potato Ingredients: Potatoes OL, olive oil, rosemary O, thyme O, s&p.

    Mint Sauce Ingredients: Mint O, parsley L, garlic, serrano chile, honey L, dijon mustard O, extra virgin olive oil O, s&p.

    Please be aware that all products are made in a kitchen that uses products such as peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, fish, shellfish and soy. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, there is always risk of contamination, therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with severe allergies.


    To serve: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove lid and mint sauce. Heat about 20 minutes, until warmed through. If you'd like, turn oven to broil, move chicken to the top rack and broil the last couple of minutes to crisp the skin. Compostable containers are oven safe to 450F, not safe for broiling.  Serve with sauteed veggies and/or a side salad.
