Ingredients: Roasted red peppers, Roasted tomatoes, onion O, garlic, carrot OL, celery O, sun-dried tomatoes, potato OL, homemade veggie stock (onions O, carrots O, celery O, mushrooms O, parsnips O, parsley O, basil O, thyme O, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar O, s&p), tomato paste, thyme, s&p.
- To serve: Heat gently on the stove until heated through. Add a swirl of cream, if desired. Serve w/a grilled cheese sandwich!
