For this delicious fall meal we slather acorn squash halves with olive oil and sage then roast until soft. The squash is then filled with a mix of sauted organic pork sausage, mushrooms, apples and other veggies and herbs before being roasted again. One serving includes half of an acorn squash and is a great meal for one person.
1 serving includes 1/2 acorn squash and 4oz organic pork; packaged in a compostable container.

Ingredients: Acorn squash OL, Amaltheia pork sausage OL, apples OL, onion O, celery O, mushrooms O, cauliflower O, garlic, olive oil, sage O, parsley, egg L, s&p.
To serve: Preheat oven to 350. Place squash, stuffing side up, on roasting pan with a little oil or water. Alternately, warm directly in compostable container (oven safe to 450).
Enjoy within 5 days.
