    Organic Pork, Mushroom & Apple Stuffed Acorn Squash


    For this delicious fall meal we slather acorn squash halves with olive oil and sage then roast until soft.  The squash is then filled with a mix of sauted organic pork sausage, mushrooms, apples and other veggies and herbs before being roasted again.  One serving includes half of an acorn squash and is a great meal for one person.

    • Size options: 1 serving, 2 servings
    • 1 serving includes one half acorn squash and 4oz organic pork
    • Packaged in a compostable container

    • Ingredients: Acorn squash OL, Amaltheia pork sausage OL, apples O, onion O, celery O, mushrooms O, cauliflower O, garlic, olive oil, sage O, parsley O, egg L, s&p.
    • To serve: Preheat oven to 350F. Place squash, stuffing side up, on roasting pan with a little oil or water. Top with shredded parmesan or romano cheese before heating, if desired.
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
