This slow-cooked, rich and tasty ragu goes great with spaghetti squash or your favorite pasta. A pint serving is suitable for one.
  • 1 pint, quart; 1 pint includes 6 oz of shredded beef; packaged in glass.
  • GF, DF, SF
  • Ingredients: Grassfed Beef chuck roast L, olive oil, onion O, garlic, carrot O, celery O, red wine, beef broth (roasted beef bones, onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, fresh parsley and bay leaves), tomatoes, red wine, herbs, sugar, spices, s&p
  • To serve: Warm ragu on the stove over low heat while cooking your favorite pasta or pasta alternative. When pasta is nearly finished, drain, add to ragu and heat for another minute or two before serving. Top with parmesan if desired.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
