Ingredients: Grassfed beef roast, olive oil, onion OL, garlic, carrot OL, celery O, red wine, tomatoes, red wine, herbs, sugar, thyme, bay leaf, parsley OL, italian seasoning, s&p.
To serve: Warm ragu on the stove over low heat while cooking your favorite pasta or pasta alternative. When pasta is nearly finished, drain, add to ragu and heat for another minute or two before serving. Top with parmesan if desired.
