This Fresh green salad is a large meal on its own or can be split into 3-4 side salads. Arugula is topped with spring veggies such as asparagus, radish, fennel and peas, along with organic strawberries in this crunchy and flavorful veggie meal.
1 quart salad includes 1/3 cup dressing and 2 Tbsp hazelnuts

Salad Ingredients: Arugula O, fennel O, asparagus, radish O, green peas O, strawberries O and hazelnuts.
Dressing Ingredients: Fresh-squeezed lemon juice, tahini O, apple cider vinegar O, honey L, extra virgin olive oil O, shallot, s&p.
To serve: Place greens and veggies onto serving dish, add nuts and dressing, and enjoy!
