This flavorful, nutritious spring veggie soup is made with a mix of veggies, greens, chickpeas, and homemade basil pesto! 1 quart of soup serves 2-4.
  • 1 quart soup; packaged in glass.
  • GF, DF, SF
  • Ingredients: Asparagus, spinach OL, chickpeas OL, potatoes O, tomatoes, peas O, artichoke hearts, green onion, garlic, Pesto (basil, pumpkin seeds, lemon juice, olive oil), vegetable stock (onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, parsnips, parsley, basil, thyme, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, s&p), olive oil, s&p.
  • To serve: Warm soup gently on the stove. Serve on its own or top with parmesan cheese.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
