This light and fresh side salad is full of spring veggies and flavor. The dressing includes fresh squeezed lemon and basil. 
  • 1 cup, pint, quart
  • GF, DF, SF
  • Ingredients: Quinoa O, Spinach OL, Cucumber O, Asparagus O, green onion, green peas O,  basil, extra virgin olive oil O, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, s&p
  • To serve: Enjoy this salad on a bed of greens or as a side dish. Add feta or goat cheese if desired.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
