    This light and fresh side salad is full of spring veggies and flavor. The dressing includes fresh squeezed lemon and basil.

    • GF, DF, SF
    • Ingredients: Quinoa O, spinach OL, cucumber O, asparagus, green onion O, green peas O,  basil O, extra virgin olive oil O, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, s&p
    • To serve: Enjoy this salad on a bed of greens or as a side dish. Add feta or goat cheese, if desired.
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
