    Sichuan Spicy Beef Stew

    This hearty stew is full of flavor. Grassfed beef brisket is cubed then cooked for hours with garlic, ginger, and more than ten different herbs and spices. It includes large pieces of locally grown daikon radish and is topped with cilantro and green onion. This stew can be served on its own or with rice noodles. 
    • 1 pint serving includes 8 oz grassfed beef and 1 pint rice noodles (optional); packaged in glass.

    • Ingredients: Grassfed beef L, daikon radish OL, garlic, ginger, coconut aminos, sherry wine, beef stock (roasted beef bones, chicken bones, onions, carrots, celery, fresh parsley and bay leaves), sugar, sichuan peppercorn, star anise, dried chile, cinnamon, fennel, clove, orange zest and juice, cardamom, bay leaves, cilantro, green onion, s&p.
    • To serve: Warm stew on the stove over medium heat. 
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
