Sichuan Spicy Beef Stew
This hearty stew is full of flavor. Grassfed beef brisket is cubed then cooked for hours with garlic, ginger, and more than 10 different herbs and spices. It is served with daikon radish, cilantro and green onion. It can be served on its own or with rice noodles. 
  • 1 pint serving includes 8 oz grassfed beef and 1 cup rice noodles (optional); packaged in glass.

  • Ingredients: Grassfed beef L, daikon radish OL, garlic, ginger, coconut aminos, cooking wine, beef stock (roasted beef bones, onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, fresh parsley and bay leaves), sugar, sichuan peppercorn, star anise, dried chile, cinnamon, fennel, clove, orange, cardamom, bay leaves, cilantro, green onion, s&p.
  • To serve: Warm stew on the stove over medium heat. Top with fresh herbs (included.)
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
