Larp is a meat-based salad that exemplifies the hot, sour, pungent, and sweet flavor balance typical of many Thai dishes. Ours is made with local, pasture-raised Cordova Farms pork, fresh-squeezed lime juice and tons of fresh, organic herbs. We recommend serving with white rice and leaves of butter lettuce. It also makes for a satisfying and flavorful appetizer.

To serve: Thaw in fridge. Warm pork on the stove. Using lettuce leaves as wraps, fill with pork, rice, and some sweet chili sauce if you wish.
