Veggie Pad Thai - not vegetarian

This pad thai style veggie dish is full of flavor, vegetables, fresh herbs and bits of scrambled egg. A serving is a large meal for one or can be easily split into a couple of servings. If you read the newsletter stating this is a vegetarian dish, I apologize as that was a mistake.  This pad thai contains fish sauce.  

  • 1 quart serving; includes lime and peanuts (packaged separately); packaged in glass. 
  • GF, DF, SF, not vegetarian (includes fish sauce)
  • Ingredients: Rice noodles, broccoli, baby spinach OL, bell pepper, shallots, garlic, turmeric powder, white vinegar, brown sugar, coconut aminos, fish sauce, olive oil, Organic Valley Sriracha (cayenne pepper puree, water, organic cane sugar, red jalapeno peppers, organic distilled vinegar, organic dried garlic, cayenne powder, xantham gum, citric acid,) tamarind paste, green onion, Eggs L, lime and peanuts. 
  • To serve: Heat gently on the stove until heated through. Top with a squeeze of lime and peanuts (included.)
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
