This hearty, flavorful quart of soup serves 2-4. It is creamy, a little spicy, and includes large pieces of sweet potatoes and kale. It is best served with brown rice (sold separately) and roasted peanuts (included).
  • 1 quart includes 2 Tbs peanuts; packaged in glass.

  • Ingredients: Onion O, garlic, ginger, peanut butter O, tomato paste, kale OL, sweet potatoes O, vegetable stock (onions, white-only leeks, carrots, celery, mushrooms, parsnips, fennel, parsley, tomatoes, garlic and fresh bay leaves), Organic Valley Sriracha (cayenne pepper puree, water, organic cane sugar, red jalapeno peppers, organic distilled vinegar, organic dried garlic, cayenne powder, xantham gum, citric acid), peanuts O, s&p.
  • To serve: Warm soup gently on the stove, serve with brown rice (sold separately) and top with chopped peanuts (included).
