    Winter Green Salad w/ Pickled Beets, Pomegranate, Toasted Pecans & Fig-Orange Dressing

    This green salad is topped with locally grown quick-pickled beets, pomegranates and toasted pecans. The fig-orange dressing is made with fresh-squeezed orange juice and is absolutely delicious. This is a large salad on its own or can be split into 2-4 side salads.

     

    Size & Packaging

    Size: 1 quart

    1 quart salad includes 1/4 cup pecans and 1/3 cup dressing. It is a large salad for 1 or can be made into 2-4 side salads.

    Packaged in glass.

    Ingredients

    Salad Ingredients: Mixed greens O, beets OL, apple cider vinegar O, sugar, mustard seed, pecans, pomegranate, s&p.

    Dressing Ingredients: 

    Extra virgin olive oil O, balsamic vinegar, Bonne Maman Fig Preserves (white figs, sugar, cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, fruit pectin), orange zest and juice, s&p.

    Preparation

    To serve: Place greens and veggies onto serving dish, add pecans and toss with dressing.
