This green salad is topped with locally grown red beets, pomegranates and toasted pecans. The fig-orange dressing is made with fresh-squeezed orange juice and is absolutely delicious. This is a large salad on its own or can be split into 2-4 side salads.

Dressing Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil O, balsamic vinegar, Bonne Maman Fig Preserves (white figs, sugar, cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, fruit pectin), orange zest and juice, s&p.

To serve: Place greens and veggies onto serving dish, add pecans and toss with dressing.
