    This classic, hearty beef and veggie stew is cooked slowly, until the beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender.

    • Ingredients: Muddy Creek Ranch grassfed beef L, potatoes OL, carrots OL, sweet peas, veggie stock (onions O, carrots O, celery O, mushrooms O, parsnips O, parsley O, basil O, thyme, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, s&p), onion O, garlic, balsamic vinegar, tomato paste, red wine, olive oil, arrowroot powder, bay leaf, thyme, sugar O, s&p.
    • To serve: Warm stew on the stove over medium heat. Serve with warm bread.
