    Classic Grassfed Beef Stew w/Carrots & Potatoes

    This classic, hearty beef and veggie stew is cooked slowly, until the beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender. 1 pint of stew serves 1.
    • 1 pint, quart; 1 pint includes 6 oz grassfed beef; packaged in glass.

    • Ingredients: Muddy Creek Ranch grassfed beef L, potatoes O, carrots OL, sweet peas O, beef stock (roasted beef bones, onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, fresh parsley and bay leaves), onion O, garlic, balsamic vinegar, tomato paste, red wine, olive oil, arrowroot powder, herbs, spices, s&p.
    • To serve: Warm stew on the stove over medium heat. Serve with warm bread.
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
