Ingredients: Gluten Free Prairie Oats L, pumpkin puree, applesauce, honey L, brown sugar O, pumpkin seeds O, vanilla, Guittard chocolate chips (sugar, cacao beans, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg & salt.

Preparation

These bars keep well in the freezer.  They thaw in less than an hour, and will keep for about a week once thawed.
