    While working for over a decade in the ski industry, Heather pursued her many other interests as summer jobs and hobbies: holistic health, nutrition, organic farming and whole foods cooking to name a few. After seeing a need in her community for convenient, high-quality, full prepared meals, she started Whole and Nourished in May 2017.

    Heather enjoys sharing what she is so passionate about: connecting with others through food while contributing to local agriculture and her community's overall health and wellness.

    Growing up on the seacoast of New Hampshire, Kaylee has always had a fascination for the outdoors and the environment. That sense of wanderlust led her out to the University of Colorado, where she recently graduated with a degree in Environmental Studies and Geography. For Kaylee, cooking is the most tangible way to connect to the environment and positively impact our food systems. She is excited to continue her pursuit of creating delicious meals in the kitchen and finding new adventures within the mountains at her new home base in Bozeman, Montana.

    Finding her way to Montana after several years of travel, Breah is excited to plant some roots in Bozeman soil. Hailing from northern California, she enjoys chilly dips in alpine lakes, hot summer nights spent outside, and sitting down for long dinners with friends and family (almost always after 8:00). Breah studied Nutrition and Food Science at Chico State and is passionate about creating beautiful food from locally sourced ingredients while working alongside strong, adventurous, and kind women.

    Judy retired from a long career in federal service in which the work took her to many beautiful US locations.  She wants to continue actively working part-time and at the same time make a lifestyle change.  She enjoys working with a great group of people, learning about local, healthy, nutritious meal preparation, cooking, and all aspects of a growing business.   Judy returned to Montana for a second time, bringing and raising two young children on her own.  They are young adults now, but live nearby so they get together often.  She also enjoys creating and crafting projects and hopes to open her own business in the near future.

    NICOLE PAUL

    Growing up in Colorado, Nicole has always had a love for adventure in the great outdoors. She studied Horticulture at Colorado State University, followed by many years getting her hands dirty with organic farming and landscaping. She also pursed her interests in holistic wellness, becoming a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. After years of moving around the west, she is happy to be settled in beautiful Montana working with terrific women and providing healthful meals to our community.
