Chicken breast is browned in olive oil before being tossed with a rich almond butter sauce and fresh cilantro. This tasty almond chicken dish goes well with your favorite grain and steamed veggies. Try with brown rice and RCF Broccoli & Cauliflower (both on this week's menu). 1 serving includes 8 oz chicken breast, sliced.
- 1 serving is approximately 1 pint; includes 8 oz chicken and almonds for topping; packaged in glass.

- Ingredients: Smart chicken, olive oil, fresh ginger, garlic, almond butter, coconut aminos, cilantro O, almonds, s&p.
- To serve: Warm gently on the stove. Serve with rice, veggies, or a green salad. Top with toasted almonds (included).
