Chicken breast is browned in olive oil before being tossed with a rich almond butter sauce and fresh cilantro.  This tasty almond chicken dish goes well with your favorite grain and steamed veggies. Try with Brown Rice, Peanut Sesame Slaw or RCF Broccoli & Cauliflower (both on this week's menu).  1 serving includes 8 oz chicken breast, sliced.

  • To serve: Warm gently on the stove. Serve with rice, veggies, or a green salad. Top with toasted almonds (included).
