MT Red Lentil and Apricot Soup

This flavorful, hearty veggie soup is made with Montana grown organic Petite Crimson lentils and garbanzo beans. The soup is partially blended, therefore it is creamy and smooth with the occasional whole chickpea or sweet, plump apricot. One quart of soup serves 2-4.
  • 1 quart; packaged in glass.

  • Ingredients: Timeless Foods Red lentils OL, dried apricots, tomatoes, chickpeas L, onion O, garlic, olive oil, vegetable stock  (carrot, celery, onion, garlic, parsnip, mushroom, parlsye, basil, thyme, rosemary, apple cider vinegar, salt, olive oil), spices, herbs, s&p.
  • To serve: Heat gently on the stove until heated through.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
