Arugula, Wild Rice and Cherry Salad

This arugula salad is served with wild rice, dried cherries, fresh herbs and toasted almonds. The dressing is made with fresh lemon juice and sweetened with local honey. It is a meal on its own or an be split into 3-4 side salads.
  • 1 quart salad; includes 2 Tbs almonds and 1/3 cup dressing; packaged in glass.
  • GF, DF, SF
  • Ingredients: Wild Rice, arugula OL, almonds, dried cherries, fresh basil OL, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil O, garlic OL, dijon mustard, honey L, s&p.
  • To serve: Add almonds (included) and enjoy this salad on its own. Add feta if desired.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
