    Arugula, Wild Rice and Cherry Salad

    This arugula salad is served with wild rice, dried cherries, fresh herbs and toasted almonds. The dressing is made with fresh-squeezed lemon juice and sweetened with local honey. It is a meal on its own or can be split into 3-4 side salads.
    • 1 quart salad; includes 2 Tbs almonds and 1/3 cup dressing; packaged in glass.

    • Ingredients: Wild Rice, arugula O, almonds, dried cherries, fresh basil O, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil O, garlic OL, dijon mustard, honey L, s&p.
    • To serve: Add almonds (included) and enjoy this salad on its own. Add feta if desired.
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
