    Asian Pork, Eggplant & Mushroom Saute


    This flavorful, Asian-inspired dish is made with eggplant, mushrooms and Cordova Farms pasture-raised ground pork. Veggies and pork are stir-fried with an Asian sauce, red chilies and garlic. This is a delicious meal on its own or can be served with rice.
