    This hearty beef chili includes 6 oz of grassfed beef per quart, along with a mix of kidney and cannellini beans, bell peppers and classic chili spices.

    Preparation

    To serve: Thaw in fridge. Warm gently on the stove until heated through.

    Once thawed, enjoy within 5 days.

    Serving Suggestions

    Classic Bowl of Chili: Serve in a bowl topped with shredded cheese, diced onion, green onion, avocado and/or sour cream, and serve with warm bread or tortilla chips.

    Chili-Stuffed Bell Peppers: Hollow out bell peppers and stuff them with the chili mixture. Bake until the peppers are tender.

    Chili Tacos or Burritos: Use the chili as a filling for tacos or burritos. Add your faovrite toppings like lettuce, cheese, avocado and sour cream. 

    Chili Mac and Cheese: Mix chili with cooked macaroni and cheese.

    Chili-Stuffed Acorn Squash: Hollow out acorn squash and fill with chili mixture. Roast until the squash is tender.

    Chili Nachos: Layer tortilla chips with the chili and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with your favorite nacho toppings.
