    Beef & Veggie Red Curry


    This hearty and flavorful curry features grassfed beef and tons of veggies such as green beans, peppers, and mushrooms, slowly cooked in a flavorful coconut and red curry sauce. This is not a 1-quart jar of soup, rather it is 1 pint of coconut curry with very little broth.  It goes well with white or brown rice. 

    This dish is a tad spicy, and may not be suitable for children or sensitive individuals.

    Size options: 1 pint, 1 quart

    1 pint includes 5oz beef, a suitable meal for 1 when served with rice or another side.

    Packaged in glass.


    Ingredients: Beef roast L, red curry paste (red curry paste (dried red chili, garlic, lemongrass, shallot, galangal, shrimp paste, kaffir lime peel), Thai Kitchen coconut milk (coconut milk, water, guar gum), veggie stock  (onions O, carrots O, celery O, mushrooms O, parsnips O, parsley O, basil O, thyme O, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar O, s&p), onion O,  garlic, Red Boat fish sauce (anchovies, salt), carrot O, bell pepper O, mushrooms O, green beans O, brown sugar O, cilantro O, s&p.
