These mostly veggie burgers contain roasted mushrooms, roasted beets and grass-fed ground beef. Mint and chives add a nice herbal flavor. They can be served on a bun or on a bed of greens. 

  • 1 serving includes 2 patties (4oz beef);  Packaged in oven-safe (up to 450 degrees) compostable container.
  • GF, DF, SF, W30
  • Meatball Ingredients: Grassfed beef L, beets O, mushrooms O, chives OL, mint OL, shallot, lemon juice, olive oil & salt.
  • To serve: Warm on the stove, grill or oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Serve on a bun or on a bed of greens. Top with gorgonzola if desired.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
