    Black Bean and Quinoa Taco Lettuce Wraps


    These lettuce wraps are a fresh and flavorful alternative to traditional tacos. Of course, you could add beef, chicken or shrimp and serve alongside corn tortilla chips if you'd like. One serving is enough for 1-2 main dishes or 2-4 appetizer portions. 

    • 1 serving includes 1 pint of quinoa filling, 1 lime and 4-5 large butter lettuce leaves for serving.
    • GF, DF, SF
    • Ingredients: Quinoa O, olive oil, garlic, red onion O, black beans, sweet corn O, bell pepper O, cilantro, homemade taco seasoning, lime juice, lemon juice, fresh heirloom tomatoes OL, butter leaf lettuce OL, s&p.
    • To serve: Warm gently on the stove. Use lettuce leaves as wraps. Serve with guacamole, sliced avocado or cheese. 
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
    • Packaged in a compostable container.
