This chicken dish is hearty, flavorful, and sure to please the whole family. Chicken thighs are cut into pieces and marinated with ginger, turmeric, and coriander. It is browned then finishes cooking with sweet potato, chilies, fish sauce, lime and more. This tasty Burmese-inspired dish is great on its own or served with rice.

- Ingredients: Smart chicken, sweet potatoes O, garlic, ginger, shallot, chilies, cilantro O, fish sauce, coconut milk, lime juice, chicken stock (roasted chicken bones, onions, carrots, celery, fresh parsley stems and bay leaves), olive oil, coconut oil, spices, s&p.
- To serve: Warm gently on the stove. Serve w/rice or enjoy on its own.
