Fresh chilies, garlic and locally grown tomatillos are roasted then blended with onion and cilantro to make a flavorful base for this Chili Verde. The base is cooked with whole roasted chicken, potatoes and more spices for a hearty, flavorful quart of soup that serves 2-4.
1 quart soup includes lime for serving; packaged in glass.

Ingredients: Whole MT chicken, chicken stock (roasted chicken bones, onions, carrots, celery, fresh parsley stems and bay leaves), fresh chilies, potatoes OL, tomatillos OL, onion O, garlic, lime, olive oil, cilantro O, spices, s&p.
To serve: Warm gently on the stove until heated through.
