This delicious Indian dish is made by marinating boneless, skinless chicken thighs in a mix of ginger, garlic and a variety of spices overnight. The chicken is then cooked with onion and sweet potatoes, ending with a stew-like consistency. 

  • 1 pint, 1 quart; 1 serving includes 6oz of chicken; packaged in glass.

  • Ingredients: Smart Chicken, sweet potatoes O, coconut oil, onion, garlic, ginger, serrano pepper, apple cider vinegar, chicken stock (roasted chicken bones, onions, carrots, celery, fresh parsley stems and bay leaves), mustard seeds, cumin, coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, cinnamon, cloves, paprika, s&p. 
  • To serve: Warm vindaloo gently on the stove. Serve with rice if desired. 
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
