    This classic egg salad makes for a wonderful lunch. It can be served on its own or made into a larger meal or two with greens or as a sandwich. It is made with homemade mayo, crunchy pickles and fresh herbs.

    1 cup is a suitable serving for 1 on its own, or for 2 when served on bread, a wrap or a salad.

    Ingredients: Eggs L, red onion O, celery O, mayonnaise (raw egg, dijon mustard O, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar O, olive oil), parsley O, dill O, dill pickles (fresh cucumbers, water, vinegar, salt, dehydrated garlic, calcium chloride, natural flavors, polysorbate 80, yellow 5), s&p.
