    Lasagna w/Local Beef & Italian Sausage

    This is a delicious lasagna your whole family will love. It is made with high-quality ingredients including grassfed beef, pasture-raised pork and fresh mozzarella. We use brown rice noodles that you would never know were gluten-free, so everyone will be sure to enjoy. Lasagna is packaged in an oven-safe compostable container, so you don't need to dirty any dishes to bake!

    Size: 60 oz container

    One large lasagna includes 10 oz beef and 4 oz pork, and feeds 3-6 people, depending on sides served.

    Packaged in a compostable container (oven safe to 450F).


    Ingredients: Tinkyada GF lasagna noodles (brown rice O, water), ground grassfed beef L, Cordova Farms pasture-raised Italian pork sausage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, red wine, parsley O, basil O, Italian seasoning, fennel seed,  onion O, garlic, fresh mozzarella (pasteurized milk, salt, vinegar, citric acid, enzymes), parmesan (part-skimmed cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, rennet), ricotta cheese (whey, milk, vinegar, xantham gum, locust bean gum, guar gum), egg O, nutmeg, sugar O, olive oil, s&p.

    Please be aware that all products are made in a kitchen that uses products such as peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, fish, shellfish and soy. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, there is always risk of contamination, therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with severe allergies.


    To serve: Bake in the oven at 375F, covered, about 60 minutes, removing lid halfway through. The middle should reach at least 165F. Rest 10 minutes, then serve.
