Cookie Dough - Oatmeal Chocolate Chip

- 1 lb of cookie dough makes about a dozen cookies)
- GF, SF, not dairy-free (contains butter and milk powder)
- Ingredients: GF Prairie oats L, GF Prairie Flour Blend (oat flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, milk powder, psyllium husk) L, Kerrygold butter, Guittard chocolate chips (sugar, cacao beans, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), egg L, raw cane sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Preheat oven to 350. Line sheetpan with parchment. Scoop out about 2 Tbs of cookie dough, roll into ball and place on sheetpan. Bake for 9-11 minutes, depending on cookie size and oven, until edges are just beginning to set. Cookie will appear underdone, but will continue cooking once removed from oven. Enjoy!
