This classic Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie dough is made with high-quality Kerrygold butter, local GF Prairie oats and oat flour blend, and delicious Guittard Chocolate Chips. It is delivered frozen, so you can keep it in your freezer for a rainy day, or thaw immediately to enjoy freshly-baked cookies at home!

Ingredients: GF Prairie oats L, GF Prairie Flour Blend (oat flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, milk powder, psyllium husk) L, Kerrygold butter, Guittard chocolate chips (sugar, cacao beans, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), egg L, raw cane sugar O, brown sugar O, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Preheat oven to 350. Line sheetpan with parchment. Scoop out about 2 Tbs of cookie dough, roll into ball and place on sheetpan. Bake for 9-11 minutes, depending on cookie size and oven, until edges are just beginning to set. Cookie will appear underdone, but will continue cooking once removed from oven. Enjoy!
