GF, SF, not dairy-free (contains butter and milk powder); dough contains raw egg*
Preheat oven to 350. Line sheetpan with parchment. Scoop out about 2 Tbs of cookie dough, roll into ball and place on sheetpan. Bake for 9-11 minutes, depending on cookie size and oven, until edges are just beginning to set. Cookie will appear underdone, but will continue cooking once removed from oven. Enjoy!
