This chicken dish is hearty, flavorful, and sure to please the whole family. Whole chicken is rubbed with a mix of cinnamon, cumin, turmeric and paprika, then roasted with tomatoes, apricots and garlic, before being cut into pieces and simmered in its own sauce. It is served with cauliflower rice.
