This tasty, hearty meatloaf makes for an excellent, comforting dinner at home. Our homemade catsup, sweetened with medjool dates, is a delicious alternative to the norm! One serving includes 2 slices and a side of cauliflower rice, suitable to share.

Meatloaf Ingredients: Grassfed Beef L, eggs L, veggie stock (onions O, carrots O, celery O, mushrooms O, parsnips O, parsley O, basil O, thyme, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, s&p), worcestershire (white vinegar, molasses, sugar, water, salt, onions, anchovies, garlic, cloves, tamarind extract, natural flavorings, chili pepper extract), almond flour, onion O, garlic, parsley O, s&p.
- Cauliflower Rice Ingredients: Cauliflower O, olive oil, veggie stock (onions O, carrots O, celery O, mushrooms O, parsnips O, parsley O, basil O, thyme, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, s&p), onion O, parsley L, s&p.
- Homemade Catsup Ingredients: Roasted tomatoes, tomato paste, medjool dates, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika and salt.
- To serve: Preheat oven to 350F. Place meatloaf on baking sheet, or warm directly in compostable container, in oven for 15-20 minutes, until heated through. Top w/included catsup.
