Grill-at-Home Thai Pork Tenderloin to Pair with Thai Cabbage Salad - 8oz pork
Fire up the grill and enjoy this pork tenderloin on its own, or with this week's Thai Veggie Salad. We marinate MT pork tenderloin in a delicious paste of fresh herbs, lime juice, ginger, jalapenos, fish sauce and more, before vacuum sealing and delivering to you for your own cookout! At home, simply use the included instructions to grill the pork. 8oz of pork tenderloin with one salad is a nice meal for two. You could order more salad depending on how meat-heavy or light you'd like it to be, or just enjoy the pork on its own.
Ingredients: MT pork tenderloin, fresh-squeezed lime juice, lime zest, ginger O, jalapeno, shallot, coconut aminos O, Red Boat Fish Sauce (anchovy, sea salt), olive oil, cilantro OL, brown sugar O, garlic, s&p.
Grilling Instructions: Light the grill or heat the broiler and arrange a rack at least 4 inches from the heat. Grill or broil pork, turning occasionally, until well browned and meat reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees, 4 to 10 minutes per side depending upon the heat of your broiler or grill. Keep an eye on it to avoid overcooking. Let meat rest 5-10 minutes. Slice, then evenly top salads.
