This salad is a nice addition to your lunch or can be enjoyed as its own meal with greens or as a sandwich. The classic egg and mayo combo is flavored simply with thinly sliced fennel, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, fresh parsley and dijon mustard.
  • 1 cup, pint, quart; packaged in glass.
  • GF, DF, SF; contains raw egg in mayo.
  • Ingredients: Eggs L, fennel,, mayonnaise (eggs,  dijon mustard, lemon, vinegar, olive oil), lemon juice, parsley, s&p.
  • To serve: Enjoy this egg salad by itself, on a bed of greens, wrapped in lettuce or cabbage leaf, or on your favorite sandwich bread or wrap.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
