This tasty egg salad is made with fresh, local eggs and beautiful radicchio grown by Gallatin Valley Botanical. It can be served on its own, as a sandwich or on a salad. Bitter radicchio is balanced with the creaminess of hard-boiled eggs and olive oil for a flavorful and refreshing lunch.
- 1 cup, pint, quart; packaged in glass.

- Ingredients: Eggs L, radicchio OL, shallot, radish OL, fresh herbs OL, extra virgin olive oil O, champagne vinegar, s&p.
- To serve: Enjoy on bread, in a wrap, on a bed of greens or on its own.
