This flavorful, Asian-inspired dish is made with organic eggplant, mushrooms and Amaltheia ground pork. Veggies and pork are stir fried with an Asian sauce, red chilies and garlic.
  • 1-4 servings; 1 serving is approximately 1 pint; packaged in glass.

  • Ingredients: Eggplant OL, Amaltheia pork OL, mushrooms O, red chilies, dry sherry, coconut aminos, vinegar, sugar, olive oil, garlic, cilantro OL, s&p.
