Stuffed peppers are a hearty and flavorful meal the whole family can enjoy. These bell peppers are roasted then stuffed with a mix of browned beef, chilies, olives and spices.

6 pepper halves contain 12 oz beef, a suitable meal for 2-4, depending on sides served.

To serve: Thaw in fridge. Preheat oven to 350F. Place peppers on baking sheet and warm for 15-20 minutes, until heated through. Peppers can be topped with cheese, if desired, and served with a grain such as rice, then topped with guacamole or salsa.
Once thawed, enjoy within 5 days.
