Ingredients: Whole chicken L, veggie stock (onions O, carrots O, celery O, mushrooms O, parsnips O, parsley O, basil O, thyme O, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar O, s&p), aleppo pepper, anaheim pepper, poblano pepper, potatoes OL, tomatillos, onion O, garlic, fresh-squeezed lime juice, olive oil, cilantro O, cumin, ancho chili powder, oregano, bay leaf, s&p.
Preparation
To serve: Thaw in fridge. Warm gently on the stove until heated through. Top w/cheese, sour cream, avocado, lime, cilantro and/or tortillas.
Once thawed, enjoy within 5 days.
