    Fire up the grill, or your stove, and enjoy these Asian-inspired pork chops at home. We marinate organic, bone-in pork chops in a delicious sauce that includes chickpea miso, honey, sesame oil, chili oil, shallots, ginger and more, before vacuum sealing and delivering to you for your own cookout! At home, simply use the included instructions to grill the pork, and serve w/included peanuts and sesame seeds.  Enjoy at home or bring to a BBQ to share. 

    Size & Packaging

    Size: 2 pork chops

    1 serving includes 2 raw* organic, bone-in, approx. 12oz pork chops, and 2 Tbsp peanuts and sesame seeds. Pork chops may be varying sizes; we do our best to serve two that equal at least 24 oz combined.

    2 pork chops, when served with a side, is a suitable meal for 2.

    Vacuum sealed in plastic.

    Ingredients: Amaltheia raw* pork chops OL, garlic, shallots, ginger O, coconut aminos O, sesame oil O, red wine vinegar O, chili oil (olive oil, red pepper flakes, onion, garlic), Chickpea Miso (rice koji, chickpeas, koji spores, sea salt), Red Boat Fish Sauce (anchovy, sea salt), honey L, peanuts O, cilantro OL, green onion OL, sesame seeds, s&p.

    Preparation

    Grilling Instructions: Thaw in fridge. Heat charcoal or gas grill, keeping one burner on high and additional on medium, adjusting as necessary. Brush and oil the grill grate.  Grill the pork chops, allowing some but not all of the marinade to drip off first, until sizzling and browned on the outside and cooked to taste.  Work mostly over the medium fire, moving chops to the hot side at the end to sear the crust. Cook to at least medium-rare (145F), 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer the chops to a platter and rest a couple of minutes before serving. Top w/included peanuts and sesame seeds.

    Once thawed, enjoy within 5 days.
