Steak is vacuum-sealed in plastic, and chimichurri is served in a compostable container.

Grilling Instructions: Thaw in fridge. Heat a grill to medium-high. Remove beef from bag, pat dry with paper towels, then grill until you've reached desired temperature, turning halfway through. Transfer to a plate, rest 10 minutes and slice thinly across the grain. Serve w/chimichurri and a green salad.
Rare = 120-125F. Medium Rare = 130-135. Medium = 140-145. Medium Well = 150-155. Well Done = 160.
