    Frozen - Grill-at-Home - Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork w/Dipping Sauce - Serves 4-6*

    Fire up the grill and enjoy this Vietnamese Lemon Grass Pork with dipping sauce. We marinate thinly sliced organic pork shoulder in a delicious paste of shallots, lemongrass and chilies before vacuum sealing. At home, use skewers to grill the pork, and serve with nuoc cham (dipping sauce)! We love this pork served with lettuce cups and pickled veggies, but it can also be served with rice or another grain. 

    Size & Packaging

    Size: 24 oz serving

    1 serving includes 24oz raw* pork shoulder (vacuum-sealed in plastic) and 1/2 cup of dipping sauce (compostable container). This is a suitable meal for 4-6 when served with a side.


    Pork Ingredients: Raw* MT pork shoulder OL, garlic, shallots, lemongrass, serrano, olive oil, coconut aminos O, Red Boat Fish Sauce (anchovy, sea salt), honey L, Chinese 5 spice, s&p.

    Dipping Sauce Ingredients: Lime juice, Red Boat Fish Sauce (anchovy, sea salt), garlic, serranos and sugar O.

    Cooking Instructions: Thaw in fridge. Thread the pork onto skewers, scrunching it together, packing tightly. Some pieces may need to be folded and skewered more than once. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill.  For a gas grill, set all burners to high. Heat grill, covered, 15 minutes, then clean and oil cooking grate. Place skewers and cook until lightly charred, 3-4 minutes. Rotate so that another side is lightly charred, another 3 minutes. Flip skewers again and continue to cook, turning every couple of minutes, until well charred all around. Transfer to a platter. Serve w/lettuce cups, rice and/or veggies.
