1 quart serving includes about 8 oz chicken, zucchini and cashew sauce. This is a large meal for 1 or can be split into 2 when served with a grain or other side.

Ingredients: Whole MT chicken, summer squash OL, roasted red peppers, coconut milk, veggie stock (onions O, carrots O, celery O, mushrooms O, parsnips O, parsley O, basil O, thyme, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, s&p), cashews, Red Boat Fish Sauce (anchovy, sea salt), garlic, jalapeno, cilantro OL, bay leaf, s&p.
