This soup is full of vegetables and flavor. We use vegetarian curry paste and coconut aminos rather than fish sauce, so this is a great vegan option. 1 quart serves 2-4 and can be served on its own or with rice (sold separately.)

To serve: Thaw in fridge. Warm soup gently on the stove until heated through. Top with lime.
Once thawed, please enjoy within 5 days.
