    Meatball Coconut Curry w/Grassfed Beef & Organic Pork



    This meatball curry is full of flavor and top-quality ingredients. Local beef and pork make for healthy, tender and tasty meatballs. The dish comes with a rich and delicious coconut sauce filled with shallots, ginger, lime juice, mustard seeds and more, and has a nice hint of spice. Serve w/rice (sold separately) or on its own!

    Size options: 1 pint, 1 quart

    1 pint serving includes 6 oz of meatballs (4 oz grassfed beef and 2 oz pasture-raised pork), sauce and a lime.

    Packaged in glass.


    Ingredients: Muddy Creek Ranch grassfed beef L, Cordova Farms pasture-raised ground pork L, chiles, ginger O, cilantro O, coconut oil O, mustard seeds, shallots, garlic, tomatoes, Thai Kitchen coconut milk (coconut milk, water, guar gum), mustard seeds, coriander, cumin, cayenne, fresh-squeezed lime juice, s&p.

    To serve: Warm gently on the stove until heated through. Add a squeeze of lime before serving. Serve with white or brown rice.
