    Grassfed Beef Meatballs and Spaghetti Sauce

    These flavorful grassfed beef meatballs and sauce can be served with your pasta or vegetable of choice. Shredded cauliflower is used in place of breadcrumbs to keep the meatballs tender and nutritious.  The sauce and meatballs freeze well so be sure to stock up. This is a meal the whole family can enjoy! 
    • Size options: 1 pint, 1 quart
    • 1 serving includes 4 meatballs (5oz grassfed beef) in 1 pint of sauce

    • Meatball Ingredients: Grassfed beef L, onion O, garlic, olive oil, egg L, cauliflower O, red wine, fresh parsley OL, s&p.
    • Sauce Ingredients:  Tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, red wine, fresh basil OL, italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, garlic, sugar, s&p. 
    • To serve: Warm sauce and meatballs gently on the stove.  Serve with your favorite pasta, spaghetti squash or spiralized veggies. Top with parmesan cheese.
    • Enjoy or freeze within 5 days.
