These flavorful grassfed beef meatballs and sauce can be served with your pasta or vegetable of choice. Shredded cauliflower is used in place of breadcrumbs to keep the meatballs tender and nutritious. This meal is delivered frozen, so simply thaw in the fridge or by heating gently on the stove. If you like a lot of sauce, be sure to add a quart, also available on the frozen menu!

To serve: Thaw in fridge. Warm sauce and meatballs gently on the stove. If still frozen, add a little water to pot.
Once thawed, enjoy within 5 days.
Serve with your favorite pasta, spaghetti squash or spiralized veggies and top with parmesan cheese.
Place warm meatballs in a sub roll or baguette, spoon some sauce over them, top with cheese and bake in the oven for a delicious meatball sub!
