This organic spinach salad is topped with a flavorful mix of MT-grown black beluga lentils, kalamata olives and sun-dried tomatoes all marinated in a Greek tahini dressing. It goes well as a side to a larger meal or can serve as a healthy lunch or dinner on its own.
