    Grill-at-Home - Chicken Thighs w/Parsley-Olive Sauce - Serves 4-6

    Fire up the grill and enjoy these flavorful Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs at home with delicious Parsley-Olive Sauce. We marinate chicken before vacuum sealing and delivering it to you for your own cookout. Enjoy at home or bring to a BBQ to share. 24oz chicken and 8oz sauce feeds 2-4 when served with a side.

    • 1 serving includes 24oz raw* boneless, skinless chicken thighs, 8oz Parsley-Olive Sauce and a lemon
    • Chicken is vacuum-sealed in plastic, and sauce is served in glass

    • Chicken Ingredients: Smart Chicken boneless, skinless thighs
    • Sauce/Marinade Ingredients: Parsley OL, green olives, jalapeno, capers, red onion O, sherry vinegar, lemon, extra virgin olive oil O, s&p.
    • Grilling Instructions:  Prepare a charcoal grill for two-zone cooking over medium-high heat by pouring the coals onto one half of the grill. For a gas grill, heat all of the burners to high, then turn off one of the end burners before cooking. Grill the chicken until well browned on one side and it easily releases from the grates, 4 to 6 minutes. Flip and cook until a thermometer register 165 degrees, 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer the chicken to the sauce and turn to coat. Let rest for at least 5 minutes and up to 30. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
