These chicken thighs are marinated and vacuum-packed in a flavorful sauce of organic Flathead cherries (last year's!), shallots and chipotle chilies. Served with a side of veggies and/or a simple salad, this grill at-home dish serves 3-6 people.
1 size only: 1 serving includes 6 raw* bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs and 1 cup cherry sauce for serving
To serve: Preheat grill to about 350F. Remove chicken from plastic and discard marinade. Place chicken, skin side down, on grill over direct heat. Close grill and cook about 10 minutes. Flip chicken, cover and grill until chicken reaches 175F, 10-12 minutes more. Remove and let stand 5 minutes. Serve w/warm cherry sauce and veggies or a side salad.
